I have a 2006 Hyundai Tucson. My air conditioning started

Customer Question

Hi, I have a 2006 Hyundai Tucson. My air conditioning started blowing hot and cold. It doesn't stop blowing just the temp changes. Then it started overheating while idling. We added coolant and I drove it for about fifteen miles and the air worked great but when I stopped and was idling it started overheating again. As long as I'm driving it doesn't overheat. I got this car new and never had a problem with overheating. I live in the Phoenix area so the air conditioning has had lots of use.

Hello. When you added coolant, how much coolant did you you need to add? In other words, how low was your cooling system?
