Hello. Which engine do you have in your santa fe? 2.7 or 3.3?

Ok. The most common cause of this is a poor connection at the crankshaft position sensor, or a damaged wire between the sensor and the PCM. Do you have a way of checking continuity between the connector at the sensor, and the connector at the PCM?
