Welcome I'm Chris aka Moose
The slow fuel fill concern, we need to remove the fuel tank and check for a restricted fuel filler, and breather hose, then check for a sticking EVAP vent valve. The fuel not being able to enter the tank occurs from fuel backing up into the filler neck from a restriction or from the air in the tank having no place to go. If it is only jerking in first gear, that is not a fuel pump issue though you can still check and monitor the pressure if you want to rule it out. Jerking only in first gear is more like the transaxle having an internal issue with the forward clutch or low band not holding tight enough from pressure leaks.
