I am sorry that you have not been helped yet. I just came online and saw your question
I am a bit confused on whether you mean it doesnt turn off when you return the steering wheel to center after completing a turn, or that even you turn it off, it still blinks.
If not turning off on its own after completing a turn, this is likely an issue with the canceling cam inside the steering column
