Hyundai sonata: I have a 2007 Sonata & rear defrost stopped

Customer Question

I have a 2007 Sonata & rear defrost stopped working. Found the fuse (I think) looks fine. Light on switch doesn't illuminate. Not sure where else to check?

My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.
If the fuse is all o.k. and the light on the switch is not lighting up at all this is usually a fault with the switch itself failing internally. In most cases the entire control panel needs replaced to be able to replace this switch here. The signal circuit will need tested further with a multi meter to see if for sure this switch needs replaced to correct this fault.
Thanks Pete
