From what you are describing here, you have a faulty/worn Wheel Bearing. Seeing as it lessens when turning right, and louder when turning left- the Right Side Wheel Bearing is the faulty side. The sound of a worn wheel bearing will always ease up when applying pressure (turning onto it) and always louder without pressure (turning away from it) and the noise will always directly related to speed. The wheel bearing sells for around $70, and the labor time guide calls for 1.3 hours to complete one side. Labor rates vary from shop to shop, so what you pay for labor will effect the botXXXXX XXXXXne. For a job of this type, a "fair" labor rate can by anywhere from $85-$125 per hour. Shop around, and find a reputable shop that warranty their parts and labor.
