the road condition here is very bad and uneven...it has a lot of small potholes and bumps....i recently changed the complete suspension (with oem replacement )except the coil springs in my car...the comfort level has increased but i can still fell the small bumps and potholes......what upgrades can i make to the suspension to increase the comfort level over these bad condition roads...will changing the coil springs increase cabin comfort over these bad roads

Hello and thank you for choosing just answer for your hyundai questions.

 

Concerning the suspension, the coil springs will not affect the ride comfort much since the coil springs only affect the ride height.

 

There are a few things that you could try to possibly get better comfort but options are a little bit limited here since I don't seem to find air suspension kits for your vehicle.

 

Try the following, try to decrease the air in the tires to about 25psi, please note that this will decrease the life of the tires and change the handling characteristics of the vehicle but since the tire pressures are lower the tire will cushion some of the bumps and potholes and help the suspension absorb them better.

 

I am sorry to tell you that your options are limited. Try the tire pressure method and see if you feel improvement and get back to me.
