this information is very helpful. Do you know of the crash pad garnish is very difficult to remove? Will it be easily damaged?
Very easily pried out (typically)Use a Plastic Trim Stick or a Flat Blade to "carefully" pry out the Dash Garnish at the points noted which are the retaing clips
Is the garnish the horizontal silver strip under the radio or the two vertical pieces beside the radio?
Garnish Pad is the strip below radio along the dashThen there are "2" Screws retaining the center facia panels on each side of the radio
Then "carefully" pry out on the center facia panels
Thanks i think I can do this now. Now I am not clear on how you get paid. New to site. It says my deposit is not a payment. How do you get paid? I am satisfied with your answer. THANKS AGAIN
Not to hard to do, just being careful that you do not pry hard against plastic to dent the other side. I use a Plastic Trim Stick, but you could use a taped Flat Flade
The "rating" allows the paymentIf you need further, let me know..........
THANK YOUThanks for using J/a
