Customer Question

The bat low was flashing on my thermostat. I changed the batteries but now the screen is blank. The batteries are new. How do I get my furnace to run until I can get someone in to look at this in the a.m.?
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: Thermostat. Furnace had cut in.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I just need to keep heat in the house until the morning when I can get someone in to replace/look at the thermostat
