Our unit will not come on. The breaker seems to be OK.
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?
Customer: Yes! We just changed the filter last week and it turned cold last night but the unit did not comr on.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I can, I called for service with a local company and they cannot grt here until tomorrow. The unit is only 2 years old.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: We did have a electrical storm here a couple days ago.

I don't recognize that as any type of heating equipment brand or model.

Ok, The model number is ***** bit off but Goodman is a major brand. Is this a furnace? a heat pump?
