I have a focuspro 5000 thermostat that is set at 72 degrees yet my room temp is 63. the screen says it's on light heat
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: the function button says light & I can't change it. What filters?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
