Cb29m-41-1p doesnt heat to capacity,is the heating element

cb29m-41-1p doesnt heat to capacity,is the heating element just dirty ,or does it need to be replaced
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: I did change the filters and that when the problem started,you put your hand near a vent and feal low heat ,not like before
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes,i see the panel where the heating elemnt is positioned with pig tail for dissconnect and replacing
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I have double pyne windows installed ,and always just postion thernostat at 68 and room temp was fine now i have to position themostat at 72/75 to heat the home

If the air handler is using the elements only,not connected to a heat pump, you may have a bad sequencer or a bad element
