my heat is not coming on and there is no power to the thermostat. i checked the fuse on the unit and replaced it. what else should i check?
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: there is no power to the thermostat. and the air filters in the ceiling are fine
