Hello Phil, fan doesn't shut off after heat cycle.
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: Yes, fan on auto, filter is new.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I am a retired contractor, fairly good at hands on. I also know when to call in the calvary
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: This unit is a old one, but hasn't been used much at all, if ever.

It is normal for the fan to continue to run after a heat cycle in order to cool off the heat exchanger. This usually takes approx. 2 min to complete then the fan should shut off. Is the thermostat set to fan auto or fan on?
