I lost power to the thermostat-- the error message is no power to the Rc
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: specific to the thermostat. I hit the reset on the furnace twice a day apart and it started both times. Now it won't do anything.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I can.
