WATER DRIPPING DOWN INTO THE FAN ASSEMBLEY FROM ABOVE. FURNACE IS APROX 3 YEARS OLD. I CHECKED ALL DRAINS AND HOSES BY FAN ASSEMBLY. ALL ARE OPEN. I CHECKED SEAL BEHIND FAN ASSEMBLY.
JA: Did you check the furnace's filters?
Customer: YES NEW FILTERS WERE INSTALED 30 DAYS AGO. OLD WERE VERY CLEN
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: iF POSSIBLE OTHERWISE I WILL CALL R-N WELTER, CO. i WOULD PREFER TO DO IT MY SELF IF POSSIBLE. IM AN OLD BOILER ENGINER

Hello, I need the brand and model number of the furnace, its on a tag in the same compartment as the gas valve in most cases.

So far it sounds like a condensing furnace with a leak in the secondary heat exchanger or the tubing that connects it the condensate trap.
