What is the model number of your unit? I assume this is a propane unit.
We can't troubleshoot this unless you're onsite and I have the model number. Are you just looking for posibilities?
Come back here when you're onsite and have the model number. You'll probably need a multi-meter to do some testing

I know you installed 2 yr ago but How old is unit?
It is possible that main blower motor is defective and is not turning on, so then unit overheats and cuts off.
Spin the fan blades by hand to see if it is stuck from sitting for a long period of time.
If it does then you need to measure if motor is getting 120v to it 30 sec after unit ignited,
if not then there is a sequencer relay that might be defective and not stating motor.
To perform these tests requires a volt meter and know how to test that with good troubleshooting skills.
