Is anything flashing on the ignition controller?

Customer: replied 5 days ago.
We don't see any lights on the unit. Cleaned off the sensor, but didn't seem to make a difference.
Will continue with it tomorrow.
Expert:  HVAC Guru replied 5 days ago.

I would say this is sounding like a bad ignition controller.
