I have a heart heater and combined ac neither of which are working I have replaced the circuit board with a new one and also the main breaker I have also tested the ac from the thermostat which reads around 25 amps for both the ,c and ,w wire but I still have no power or heat
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: Filter is new thermostat settings are set to trigger heat
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Customer: I'm thinking it may be the transformer how do I test that if at all
