I have a aube thermostat modelTH115. There is a red tab

Customer Question

I have a aube thermostat modelTH115. There is a red tab light at the top of the unit. I have had it checked by a electrician all seems to be working. Why is the warning light still on.
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: I don't know. The thermostat seems to be working but the light still is on.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: No. I have had a qualified electrician come and he could find no problems with the wires but the red light is still on.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Just tell me that there is no problem with the unit or should I invest in a new one.
