Customer Question

I have a Lennox iComfort thermostat. For some reason, it keeps resetting. For example, I set it for 72 degrees-- walk away-- and soon it starts to feel cold. I go back to the thermostat and see that it has defaulted to a lower temperature. What's going on? It's incredibly frustrating and I'm tired of waking up freezing cold. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To avoid t-stat to return to default setting you need to press on the hold button, or go into the configuration menu and set at non programmable
