I understand
Expert:  airheatman replied 4 months ago.

Are you talking about the high voltage black and red from transformer?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
It is on the left side of the blower on the top. It has 15 pins on the box&a off/on button in front of it
Expert:  airheatman replied 4 months ago.

Red should go to pin 13 and black should go to pin 14 on the 15 pin plug. This supplies 240v to the heat kit.

Expert:  airheatman replied 4 months ago.

See below

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I know this & it is pinned as such But I have a red&black cable that that has a metal male end that is loose?? It sparked fire earlier so I turned off the power box&disconnected the heater
Expert:  airheatman replied 4 months ago.

Try taping the red and black separately and see if furnace will work. This should be the only power wires you need to heat kit.

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Ok, I will attempt this evening. Thanks!
Expert:  airheatman replied 4 months ago.

Look forward to hearing back

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
The black is in Pin 14& Red is in pin 13...
Expert:  airheatman replied 4 months ago.

That is correct according to wiring diagram. So are there other red and blacks that you were referring to touched cabinet and sparked?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
