Let me grab a manual and I will see if I can help

OK got the manual. Next do you have a convention air conditioner or a heat pump outside that is used with the furnace? And if so whether it is single stage or 2 stage (Model number will tell me if you do not know)

Expert:  airheatman replied 6 months ago.

Since you have an MQ furnace the thermostat should automatically recognize and configure if wired properly. Is this a new installation and are you sure wiring is correct(Low voltage thermostat wiring)
