I have a 2002(?) H9MPV100J20B1 Furnace that the blower quit

Hi I have a 2002(?) H9MPV100J20B1 Furnace that the blower quit working, Are OEM parts still available? Burner works fine shuts off
on hi limit. It has the vari-speed DC drive.
Existing: Motor #1012479; Speed control #1013412; fan control(###) ###-#### how would you test these?
Is there a drop in 3-4 speed ac motor?

I have parts out of furnace to bench test!

These motors are totally different than a conventional motor being that they are high voltage powere but low or dc voltage controlled.
