i need to switch fwd and rev for a 4 wire dayton motor 5k445a. the switch can be mounted to the motor. the wires are yellow, white, blue and orange. what be would the best way to do this. i will be doing the work myself

Trying to send label
File is too big to fit

thank there a line drawing of the wire connections on the label?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
no line drawing, but L1 blk has yellow/white wires, and L2 N has orange/blue wires. to rev rotation, change blue and white with yellow /oarnge

so it is one wire that is colored yellow with a white stripe..or is it 2 separate wires with one being yellow and one being white?

two seperate wires, one yellow, one white, and another pair one blue, one orange
