I have an older goodman furnace with the self igniting pilot

I have an older goodman furnace with the self igniting pilot light when I turned the unit on it try's to light the pilot light and it does light but continues zapping then the self ignitor stops and the pilot goes out I've replaced the flame sensor, and the limit switch but still can't get the pilot to stay lit can you help!!!
