my furnace had a pretty bad clogged filter and now the burners dont stay on to reach desired temp
JA: Did you check the furnace's filters?
Customer: i changed it...but i set the temp at 68 and it stops at 64..i also feel cool air blowing..but burners come on at first
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

If your main filer was stopped up it is very possible the ac coil has also gotten dirty. Turn unit off and take a look at blower wheel and tell me if it is dirty.
