I have a old Honeywell thermostat. how do I set for my heat

Customer Question

I have a old Honeywell thermostat. how do I set for my heat to stay on continually? the schedule shows mon-fri, not sat and sun. will have that have anything to do with the heat not staying on? I live in Chicago and the temp has dropped. I have an ill father in the home
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: i changed the filter on Thursday.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: i am assuming if the schedule is set for sun-sat and i have the temp set, it should run right?
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: i usually just turn the temp up and press rrun program. Today my niece says she sets her schedule. i pressed schedule and pushed a couple buttons, i am wondering if its now not set to run
