my blower speed is to loud it was ok till the control board was replaced
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: 1 year
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: no but I want someone that knows this unit,,ARS installed and did service but not satisfied with their work
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?
Customer: they are ok

There is a circuit board....the blower wires attach to this board.

The motor has different speeds but can be adjusted for higher or slower depending on the customers wishes.

How long ago was board replaced?

study page 46-47 HERE and tell me if you understand the settings. You will need to read the entirety to see what A,B,C,D means as it relates to air flow on the chart according to your model number.

Setting these switches controls the cfm (amount) of air.

If you do not understand these settings, I will need to know your current dip setting in order to guide you the correct direction.

thank you...and what function is the one that is too loud?

We run the fan continuosly,,never used to hear it but it is now loud on low speed,,also HI speed seems to High,,it is not the same when first installed,,I am not sure but I think something was bipassed so unit would operate till new panel arrived,,I don't think it was changed after panel was installed 2 differant techs were here I don't think they communicated
