I am wondering where the reset button is on my Armstrong SX

Customer Question

I am wondering where the reset button is on my Armstrong SX Ultra 80?
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: The furnace was fine when I shut if off last Spring, now the motor runs and I can hear the igniter trying to work but nothing happens. I cleaned out the nozzle for the tubing and am wondering if now it is locked. Been trying to fix it myself as low on money.
JA: Did you check the furnace's filters?
Customer: Yes, not too bad
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes if I can.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Also tried cleaning the sensor that sensed the flame.

Can you give me complete model from inside furnace in burner compartment so I can provide guidance with this specific unit.Model will be on a label just above burners on right or left inside panel

Then look in blower compartment and see if we have a control board with a blinking light. If so tell me the pattern of that flash. That will indicate what is wroung and tell us where to start troubleshooting.

The ignitor does not turn red and I do smell a little gas when I first turn the unit on. It fades quickly

OK do you have a meter to see if igniter is getting voltage. Also look and see if it is burned if you have the glow type.

Is there anything that could go wrong at the unit outside? The blower works but the igniter does not glow red.
Expert:  airheatman replied 6 months ago.

Issue is going to be inside the furnace.Either not getting power to igniter or bad ignite
