What voltage should I get at Dungs gas valve for a 140 m

Customer Question

What voltage should I get at Dungs gas valve for a 140 m unit?
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?
Customer: I keep getting F18 error and have to reset about once a week. I replaced motherboard and no change so suspect Dungs gas valve so need to know what voltage I am looking for at gas valve.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I can.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Unit seems to work fine after reset until next time. I did install a UPS to control voltage but no difference so voltage to unit is stable.
