I have a -Mach 6353A 2 ton heat pump ('03 Winnebago Journey)

Customer Question

Hello
JA: Hello. What seems to be the problem?
Customer: I have a Coleman-Mach 6353A 2 ton heat pump ('03 Winnebago Journey) AC works fine. but no heat. Have changed TT and PC board ( T storm took them out last week) but I had the same problem last year. Could it be reversing valve?
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: yes the TT is set to a higher temp. Where would the filters be?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: hopefully, if not too complicated.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I don't think so
