I have a Williamson Bolier 70K btu not firing, it is short

Customer Question

I have a Williamson Bolier 70K btu not firing, it is short cycling. It was newly installed today and has not yet fired up. It goes on, the dampener opens, the igniter goes on but does not light or fire. after a short time the dampener closes when it fails to light and I understand a light starts blinking.

Hello, how long is the gas line, and what diameter is it...and what other gas appliances are connected it?

What did the installer have to say if its not you?

We can go from there.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
My installer tells me that it's a three-quarter inch gas line the same that was there for the previous boiler I do notice that there's a couple turns in the line however he said that will not have any effect as he bled the line several times and it bleeds through fine

Thanks, ***** ***** is probably OK.

I need the model number of the boiler to pull the manual on it.. If you have a multi meter I can coach you through a diagnosis.

We can go from there.
