I am trying to get my furnace to turn on, I don't know where

Hi Mark - I am trying to get my furnace to turn on
JA: Did you check the furnace's filters?
Customer: I don't know where they are - I a moved in not long ago and there is no manual for the furnace - I did take the cover off what appears to be the motor - not sure how to change the filter
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: if I can figure out how to turn it on yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: it is a Rudd Silhoutte II furnace

Hello, the service panels lift up one inch then you can pull them out at the top and remove them. Do that, then take some photo's from 6 to 8 feet away, so I can see what you have, and I will coach you.
