Customer Question

I am trying to connect my wifi honeywell tstat, have connected the wires to the correct terminals. I have the system set to heat and the condenser is kicking on. There are three zones in the house and only the main zone will have the wifi programmable thermostat. Any ideas?
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: Filter is two months old (just checked, it's clean). What do you mean by tstat settings? Ive chosen heat.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Its done. Just connecting tstat. I have done this before at another home i own.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Not sure why when it says heat on stat the a/c and blower would kick on.
