Customer Question

Hello, I have the Honeywell RTH9580 Thermostat and the HZ311controller with two zones.... A/C works great...and now its getting cold and I turned the heat on heat :(
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: I think the thermostat because I just installed...replaced an existing Honeywell
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: not sure what you mean...I already did
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: The two zone lights are green but the light for the heat is red the Cool indicator light is green when running I watched the Honeywell videos for wire configuration and mine match. Just wondering if there are any other things I can try to fix the problem
