Have you checked to see if auger motor is getting 120 volts?
Did you fix the problem?
Have you measured with volt meter the 2 wires that goes to auger?
the control board send the intermittent power to auger and is cut off if auger door is open, I had the same problem at a customer this week and found that the door switch at top of unit was no good so I cut the 2 wires to it and attached them together and then it worked.
Yes, but before you cut, use a OHM METER TO SEE IF ITS GOOD
Try cutting it now
No splice the side that goes to control board, that way the board will think door is closed
motor not turning but is there power going to auger motor?
And while set up and fire in it?
Pretty sure then the board is toast..
