Customer Question

I have a Lennox CBX26UH-024-230-1. It was running fine. All of a sudden it lost power some where. Unit will not cut on. There is no water on the pan inside. I checked all fuses. Drain is clear. What should I check for power supply? The unit is only 3 years old.

Did you check for a small car type fuse inside unit?http://i.imgur.com/kYe4Epz.png

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
No I did not. I did not know there was one inside the unit. Where is it located
Expert:  airheatman replied 1 month ago.

I am not showing a fuse in your wiring diagram of unit so first step is going to be to take a volt meter and check between C and R at thermostat and at the red and blue control wires leaving furnace to see if we have 24volts ac at either.

Let me try to check those wires. Ill let you know shortly
