Have a 1982 com-5-p1, series 7 boiler. The 24 volt

Customer Question

Have a 1982 com-5-p1, series 7 boiler.
The 24 volt transformer/relay is only putting out 12 volts.
Several techs tried to replace but don'T seem to know how to replace.
The replacement part seems to be wired differently.
Need help.

Hello Ed, send me some photo's I will take a look at it for you, I need some with the both the 120v primary and 24v secondary wiring exposed and well lit enough so I can see what is going on.
