I have a chrenotherm by Honeywell we do not have original documents or owners manual we are not able to reprogram thermostat we have our home for sell and there are people coming through viewing I believe someone messed around with settings and we either get help from you or call in a technician . very expensive thanks for any help you may be gary

Customer: i think its a setting problem yes the pump do's not run just the back up system
