I will write something up, Im really sorry! This has been a nighmare on my end, Im not sure whats going on but im not connecting correctly with just answers or my internet is going down non stop..... No clue.
I want you to check on this for me, When the screen goes blank, Have you checked the board immediately when it happens to see if its blank? Or is that when you see that code?
Which is a loss of communication code, This can be caused by 2 things usually, A bad control board or thermostat.
With that being said let me check on something in the morning and get back to you ok!
Can you confirm though on the air handler is there a small black box on the air handler that says lennox? Sometimes with these newer thermostats, they operate without wires
Ok, Have you pulled off that thermostat off the wall?
If you have confirm the wires are tight, If you need to get to bed, That is perfectly fine, I will be working tomorrow but will have my phone on me and can touch base on and off throughout the day
