Customer Question

I have a series 2 Burnham. I replaced the auto vent as the motor was seized.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: The new vent works just fine but won't ignite. The thermostats are turned up.
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: No idea, was working fine until the auto vent motor seized.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Only clues I have.
