I had a power surge in the storm last night. My AC stopped

Customer Question

I had a power surge in the storm last night. My AC stopped working. I tested the capacitors and they were no good so I replaced the start cap and the run capacitor and now the ac produces cold air. The problem is now the fan motor on the furnace has stopped working.
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: Thermostat seems to be working. Filter was just cleaned. Fan motor won't start on auto or manual
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: the furnace is about a 8-10 year old Trane XB90
