hi i am dan i can help you with this. what is the brand and model of the motor?
ok how long has this motor been in? when did the noise start?
ok and it is defiantly the motor making the noise or could it be the wheel rubbing against something or if it is loose and was it checked to make sure it is balanced. i am not aware of those motors having any factory problems like that. i have only seen one motor out of hundreds of ecm motors make a noise like that. if your blower wheel is bent or unbalanced that will cause the bearings in the motor to go bad prematurely.
the blower wheel is separate than the motor. if only the motor was replaced the existing blower wheel would have been re connected to the new motor. first i would check it to make sure the noise is not from the blower wheel rubbing up against something
ok let me know if you have any more questions about this or if that helps you
