I have a ducane natural gas grill that I have used for

Customer Question

I have a ducane natural gas grill that I have used for several years. The last two times I wanted to use it, it had only a minimal flame and would not cool at all. The burners are clean but I get no volume of gas. I use an extension hose in order to reach the valve. What do you think is going on?

Assuming you have gas in the tank then you probably have a bad gas regulator. You'll probably have to replace it.
