Have a G2D95CT080v 6C-2 A furnace located in a garage. Need informal if this is a combustion furnace ok for garage installation

This furnace is ok IF....

If there are no registers, return or supply, in the garage.

If the drain has been heat taped.

If the furnace is raised off the floor at least 12"

No registers because we do not want a passage for exhaust into home.

Heat taped to prevent drain from freezing

Above floor so no ignition device (motor spark) near flammable vapors
