Customer Question

Hello we have bought a new trane system 11/25/14. And have had no trouble with heating however the cooling is on the crazy side. They have replaced the 402an32da and it helped some but still is not right.
The system has a tendency of having a mind of its own.
Set the unit on 76 and it tries to keep the house at 72. However when it decides to run away it will drop the temp in the house to 66-68 until we manually reset he thermostat to 80 to get it to turn off. Then afte the blower finally shuts off it can be reset to 76 then it's ok. When it runs away or gets stuck it can run for hours at stage 2.
For this high end system it should work as well on cool as on heat.
