hi i am dan i can help you with this. can you describe your situation a little bit better? what kind of system are you working on? are you refering to the breaker in the main panel or in the air handler? if you have the model number of the equipment that will help too

its in the unit, its a carrier model number 68RV0010KA. i hooked the unit up and i have 120 volts going into the circuit board but no poer coming out of the circuit board
