Ok so the indoor fan is not working?
Ok can you see if there are any error codes on the unit?
Remove the panel on the unit to get at the control board and you should see a flashing error and if you look at the backside of the panel you remove there should be an error code list to show you the issue. Let me know what you find.

OK if nothing is flashing check for power to the unit and check the slot fuse on the control board. Often there is a 3-5 amp fuse on the control board see if it is blown.
Do you see the board in the unit?
no I did not see anything
OK go to this link and view that board....the PURPLE fuse with the letter E on it pull that off and check it.
Yes the fuse is right there on the board upper left corner brown in color with a 5 on it.
I am not understanding you? Do you need a phone call?
It is just a fuse you can get it at any hardware or auto parts store....a 5 amp slot fuse.
