Customer: Yes, if possible. We have a used 7.5 HP motor here for parts

Hello, if its a 3 phase motor, the problem is most likely bad bearings causing the rotor inside to touch on the stator.. feel for up and down play in the motor shaft as it sits flat on the bench.
